Now available on consignment, a 1997 Gibson B.B.King Lucille in its original Ebony finish.
This Lucille is in pretty good shape for approaching 30 years old, still retaining much of the gold plating on the hardware, and the original tortoiseshell pickguard. Specifications include a laminated maple body construction with a mahogany centre block and neck, and block inlays on an ebony fingerboard. Other specifications include no f-holes, a TP-6 finer tuning tailpiece, 490R/490T pickups, and the varitone switch.
This guitar presents in great condition, with a few light scratches on the body and some wear on the gold parts as mentioned. The original frets are in great condition, and it’s had a recent professional setup.
Includes its original brown Gibson case.
